- registration of a Limited (Ltd) company in the Companies House register,
- preparation and submission of complete registration documentation,
- verification of company name and scope of activity (SIC codes),
- preparation of the share structure and directors’ data,
- registered office address in London for 12 months,
- delivery of the company registration certificate.
Tax Residency Certificate for Ltd Company

Confirmation of UK tax residency
The certificate confirms that the company is a tax resident in the United Kingdom. It is key for compliance with tax regulations and enables you to avoid double taxation when working with Polish and other foreign entities.
The service includes:
- submitting an application to the office for the company’s tax residency certificate,
- delivery of the PDF document received from the office via email,
- fully remote handling, without visiting the British office.
Certificate of Good Standing for Ltd Company

The Certificate of Good Standing (CGS) is a document issued by Companies House confirming that the company is active, legally functioning, and properly managed. It is often essential when opening a bank account, taking part in tenders, or establishing a branch abroad.
The certificate confirms that:
- the company is properly registered in the United Kingdom,
- the company is not in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings,
- required documents (confirmation statement, accounts) were filed on time,
- the company’s status in the register is “active”.
National Insurance – analysis of NI contributions history

National Insurance Contributions (NIC) determine your right to the British State Pension and selected benefits. Gaps in your contributions history can reduce future benefits. We analyse your history and indicate real, compliant options for filling the gaps.
The service includes:
- analysis of your individual tax and contribution situation in the UK,
- submitting an application to HMRC on your behalf for a National Insurance record,
- a clear summary of missing years and NIC contributions,
- identifying which years are fully paid, partially paid, or unpaid.
